I'm a founder, and this shelf is my ongoing experiment: a personal operating system, built one app at a time. Each one wraps a part of life that matters to me — what we eat, how I train, what I wear, what we spend, how friends stay close — and gives it a place to live.
The pattern is the same everywhere. First, capture the data: every dinner picked, every interval run, every outfit worn, every dollar split. Then, put an assistant around it — something that has seen the whole history and can nudge, suggest, and settle the small decisions so the day has fewer of them.
None of these apps are products. They're rooms in a house I actually live in, each with its own committed look and voice, all quietly sharing one owner and one goal: a life that's measured where it counts, and lighter everywhere else.
The components so far
- MealsEustin Eats — dinner decided together in a few swipes, by an app that learns what you both like.
- TrainingTrain — structured workouts written as shorthand and synced to a Garmin watch.
- WardrobeFitpic — an outfit picker that knows the closet, the weather, and what actually gets worn.
- MoneyTally — a passwordless expense ledger for friends.
- PlayAdventure Jeopardy — a deployable game show with a real-time buzzer.
- FriendsLetter — private group newsletters, no feeds, no likes.
- CellarWine — every bottle and its drinking window. Still racking.
- RitualCoffee — still on the machine.
